Snow Removal The links below describe the Town of Windsor Snow Control Plan and the Snow Removal Routes. Our subdivision is considered a Class IV area. The town does not plow our cul-de-sac's until there is at least 10 inches or more snow, only Alexander Drive and Brian Avenue are plowed regularly. Nick Zenzen has agreed to help out any homeowner who needs assistance clearing snow, especially those in cul-de-sacs. They can be reached at:
