Board of Directors Each member of the Board of Directors will be elected for a term of two (2) years. Nomination for election to the Board of Directors shall be made by a nominating committee. Nominations may also be made from the floor at the annual meeting. There shall be no more than one (1) director per lot.Election of the Board of Directors shall be by hand vote, unless by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the membership at such meeting in person of by proxy, a determination is made to elect the Directors by secret written ballot.
